This training session is designed to equip Ryan White case managers with the
knowledge and skills needed to enhance their program’s performance through effective use of
data. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the latest updates to the AIDS
Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) services and the fiscal year 2025 goals. The training will
delve into best practices that ensure seamless access to ADAP services and the critical role of
the Ryan White Services Report (RSR) submission process in assessing program effectiveness.
Attendees will learn to navigate the steps involved in RSR submission, the significance of timely
data validation, and how to use RSR reports for informed decision-making and advocacy to
secure additional resources and support for their programs.
