This webinar will provide participants with an overview of the essential qualities and skills that effective leaders can and should implement when running nonprofit (and even for-profit) organizations. Participants will learn how to identify their leadership strengths and weaknesses, as well as learn how to create a “leadership development plan” to improve and refine their existing skill level

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the leadership styles/qualities that are harmful to the survival of nonprofit organizations
- Identify the leadership style/qualities that can help nonprofit organizations to grow and thrive
- Identify their own leadership strengths and deficits
- Create a “leadership development plan” that will help them overcome their deficits, ultimately building their leadership skills and capacity.
