Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA)

Housing Counseling Services (HCS) is the entry point for housing and support service resources – funded through DC Health – for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), as well as, referrals and connections to other programs throughout the region.
